How we orchestrate attention
- 01.Attention-Aware InterfacesSurfaces that sense where focus goes and route it gently — the right thing, the right moment, never a hijack.
- 02.Being, not just usingAttention in the body: reading presence so technology recedes and the moment stays yours.
- 03.Partners, not replacementsAI that spends your attention well: augmenting judgment, then handing the decision back.
- 04.Foundations others can trustThe attention stack: infrastructure any product can use to orchestrate focus responsibly.
Vision
Neuromantics was founded in 2025 at Stanford to build AI for human flourishing. Co-founded by a Stanford psychology PhD and postdoc from Stanford's Institute for Human-Centered AI, and researchers from Harvard and MIT — uniting cognitive science and frontier AI.

We build systems that shape how humans and machines share attention

— AI for human flourishing
, at the intersection of AI and
cognitive, psychological sciences.
Essentially
We orchestrate attention so people can focus, grow, and act with intent — handing agency back, every time.

Building the foundations for attention that stays yours.
Our north-star isn't engagement — it's attention returned to the user.
We design for rest as much as focus — attention is renewable if you protect it.

Founded at Stanford
A research company for human-centered AI
↳ building healthy human–machine symbiosis.

We came from the research that warned about the attention economy — now we build the alternative.
Attention is the scarcest resource we have — its future must be designed, with care.

AI
is only as good as the attention it gives back.
